pop up on the screen, email issues,antivirus issues, printer, router issues and other devices of apple mac like iPad,iPhones etc.
candidates need to resolve these issues and pitch a plan and make sales.
Need to speak in English
Need to know how to close their calls.
Need to be flexible
Need to have Minimum Experience in tech support for inbound or outbound that is 6 months or 1 year.
Salary is credited on the 1st of the month.

1 fixed off(Roster off).
