We are hiring for a 'Captive process Inbound Tech Support'
Salary on the 1st of every month / GoodIncentives.
Summary of the Job:
Customer will call related to computer issues like Pop up
calls/Antivirus issues/Error code messages/Email issues etc. Candidates
need to solve these issues and charge a certain amount.
Responsibilities & Roles:
Candidates must be Good in English(communicative/convincing
Candidates must have the ability to handle inbound calls.
Candidates must have basic computer knowledge
Candidates must be flexible for any shift morning or night
Candidates should know how to take Remote Access of the customers
Candidates must know how to close calls.
Candidates have to be Experience in tech support inbound or outbound
either 6 months or 1-year max.
Salary credited on the1st of the month
Incentives are starting from8k -10k it can differ based on the sales
No deduction on salary apart from P.TAX.
Salary is not quoted based on targets but it is a target oriented
company candidates need to justify his/her salary every month.
Rotational Shift morning or night
1 Fixed off every week.
Growth in 'positions and appraisals' are always given based on
'Performance/Attendance /Discipline /Behaviour / Regularity and
Maintaining the Decorum' of the company with Honesty 'hike and
positions will be knocking at you.
