Job Description

Potential Insignia Clients.Acquiring and managing both business, individual (resident and NRI)clients.
3 Increase product penetration and exit barriers, by cross- selling more number of products per client.Performing Portfolio allocations, reviews & financial check-ups for each client at defined frequency.
3 Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of clients with superior and tailored wealth management and business banking solutions.

Can be offered till 30 to 40% Hike 

Franchisee Manager will be responsible for planning & managing the franchising business of the
company. they will be developing franchising opportunities for offering continuous support to
them, to ensure the overall success of the company as well as the franchisee.

Specific Role Responsibilities:
1. Initial contact with prospects, Shortlisting and empanelment of new channel
2. Relationship management with YBL and channel
3. Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives
4. Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly.
5. Able to build awareness in respective territories for the brands represented

Competencies Required: (Behavioral & Technical / Functional)
1. Ethics and integrity of the highest degree
2. Able to be proficient across several department of banks.
3. Proactive problem solving, solutions oriented.
4. Must be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Compensation Details:
8 lakhs to 15 lakhs
