Must have exposure in managing/leading Sales Force Team. Manager should be technically strong and hands on technology to extent of guiding the team members.

Should have strong experience in Supporting Business teams with Technical solutions and Architecture definition for presales activity.
Should have Strong exposure on Sales cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Exact Target.
Experience in Quoting engines, like BMI, Callidus and Apttus.
Exposure on the Sales Contract Management lifecycle.
Should have good understanding on SFDC integrations like SOAP and rest API based Integrations, security and available channels.
Large Data migration from Legacy CRM (ex: Siebel/MSCRM) to SFDC.
Exposure with Middleware like, Tibco, Mule Soft, ESB tools and ETL tools.
Experience in Channel Partner Implementation.
End to End Implementation on Sales process Redefining.
Sales Force Developer certification is mandatory, Advanced developer certification is preferred.
Must look at the big picture and be able to define production support model.
Must have experience in managing Large Sales Force development and implementation and support teams.
Should be good at process management. Should have experience in implementing process - ( preferably both but at least one of waterfall development methodology and AGILE methodologies).
Good people development skills. Ability to guide team members in their development and career growth. Handle conflicts within the team amicably.
The person must be able to provide direction to the teams in India and be able to manage teams in multiple locations.
Very Good communication skills.
Knowledge of latest trends and techniques in PaaS and SaaS would be plus
