1)Should be Employee Central (EC) or Competency certified consultant, good knowledge on HCM Business Process & Functional domain Experience.
2)Hands-on in conducting workshops and capturing and converting the output of requirements in the form of workbooks viz... Employee Data, Foundation Object, Transactional, Time off and Security workbook(s).
3)Hands-on in configuration of (Core EC, Competency ) captured in requirement via Foundation Objects, personnel objects, Employment objects, Generic Object, Data Models, MDF Objects, workflows and Business rule.
4)Working on Enhancement request based on the client requirement
5)Study the impact of new upgrade ( Quarterly Release) on the business process and providing the upgrade advantages and disadvantages.
6)Customizing business area and ensuring system work in the required manner in according to the constraints of the requested use case.
7)Documentation in a manner to make it as user manual that allow other consultants to do further.
