Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows.
Should have worked on Time-Off and EC payroll.
System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/ Business Blueprint
