At least 4-5 years experience in business analysis, requirements management and SuccessFactors Talent. At least two full life-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation Strong research and analysis skills. Experience implementing SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding), end to end integrations including requirements gathering (functional specifications), configuration design, configuration, and testing is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently. Ensure each project team has same level of understanding on client requirements. Responsible for Quality of requirements and customer satisfaction. Responsible for actively participating Design thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs. Responsible for creating documentation including requirement User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Feature Description PowerPoint decks, Process Flows and Analysis Models, Journey Maps, Wireframes and User Guides. Should manage the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the onsite BSA and Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements. Should be having hands-on experience in the Recruitment and Onboarding modules and be configuring the changes. Should have technical expertise in these modules and be able handle end-to-end configurations. Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment will be an added advantage. Engages business owners and other ITS resources to respond to requests for new applications and/or enhancements Excellent organization skills. Strong attention to detail.
