Strong understanding of Make -to Order system sales process in integration with CRM.
Strong understanding of Consignment orders/contracts, Returns and Exchange process
Strong understanding of the RAS Repair Service Process -end to end from Order to Receipt to Internal or external repair, to shipment and billing.
Strong knowledge of SAP Workflow for Sales Orders and Returns, Able to perform LSMW for mass updates.
Knowledge of ABAP Debugging and Web -Dynpro is required. Custom table maintenance and their use in programs, Knowledge of Batch jobs, Batch processing
Support highly complex SAP Enhancements for Order Management -requires ability to debug enhancements and trouble -shoot issues.
