We are seeking for a dedicated individual to join SmartDocs Business Solutions. The candidate will work with providing solutions to Clients and be a subject matter expert in order to deliver the best practices, an ideal candidate must have done their certification either in SAP FI or SAP MM with minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in any domain; preferable - Accounting/finance background.

As a part of the SAP consultant team, you will be managing complete implementations throughout the project lifecycle within aggressive timeframe while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality & client satisfaction in components of SmartDocs Business software products.
Schedule and conduct client project calls.
Manage multiple simultaneous implementations, ensuring timelines are met and issues are addressed while adhering to the organization’s SOP.
Escalate issues to designated team contacts and/or cross-functional teams in a timely manner to ensure implementation issues are addressed early.
Develop and maintain strong functional product knowledge.
Quickly ramp- up on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful implementation of these features for clients.
Handhold the clients through various stages of the project and transition to support organization.
Communicate Project status to Implementation Services Managers & Client’s.
Review existing business processes and participate in the Process Improvement Program.
