The Business Analyst will be part of the IS, Shared Service (SS) ERP department and will be responsible for handling support and ensuring smooth functioning of business operations. The analysts would be required to work independently towards maintaining the SAP ERP and also to handle any new requirements from business and providing the solution for the same. The analyst would be managing the strategic partners and owning the SAP solution in finance area. The candidate will be responsible to ensure the solution integrity, the alignment with the business requirements and the successful deployment to North America instance. The type of activities the candidate will be working on is solution confirmation, solution design, solution build and enhancements and smooth functioning of business operations.

Key Activities & Accountabilities

Should have at least 8 to 14 years of SAP FI modules experience, with minimum two end-to-end implementation and multiple support projects with exposure on Upgrade and rollouts
Should have hands on experience in configurations of all aspects of SAP FI & CO Modules
Detailed business knowledge in finance (General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidation, Special Purpose Ledger, Travel Management) with ABAP debugging skills is required
Working experience on RICEFW realization and should be able to cater and map the business requirements
In depth knowledge of FI integration with other SAP modules CO, MM, SD, PP which includes Technical Architecture
Required to have exposure and understanding of business functions like manufacturing, finance, purchase, inventory management, manufacturing
To participate actively in the design and execution of enhancements and projects in the specific area of competency.
The competencies required would be analytical skills, good understanding of business and business processes, skills to gather the business requirement and provide appropriate solution
Should be able to roll out training programs around SAP which allows smooth onboarding for team members into the same domain
Knowledge of ITSM process like change management, incident management and problem management
Should be proactive towards working on continues improvement activities for generating higher productivity in terms of business benefits and reduction of ticket count.
Should have worked in a distributed delivery model with internationally located teams
Should work as a SPOC in managing internal stakeholders at various level
Should be able to independently support business operations and also handle enhancements and small projects turning around SAP-FI module
Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure

Exposure to Planning tools, HANA preferred
SAP certification preferred
