Minimum work experience of 5 years in SAP CRM with at least one SAP Implementation Project experience of minimum 1 Year duration.
Must have worked independently on the technical aspect of SAP CRM Middleware
Knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware configuration and activities like data queuing and transport, replication and realignment, data exchange and mapping
Experience in Business Document (BDoc) and troubleshooting with BDOc
Familiar with troubleshooting with Generation, Connectivity, Replication settings
Understanding of RFC, ALE/IDocs
Experience in IC Web Client Interaction Center -Service, IC Web Client Functions and Profiles, Agent Inbox and Role and Category Modeler, case management, Installed Base Management.
Fair understanding of core business processes of Power Utility
Familiarity with servicing requirements of Application Support (AS) and Application Development is required.
Must have competency in troubleshooting and providing solution for break-fix, bug-fix for technical issues.
Understanding & resolving issues within the stipulated SLAs
Experience in managing Change Management / Change Requests right from identification of change to successful delivery of change is required.
Ability to identify & implement service improvements and process improvements across the project lifecycle to impart qualitative & quantitative cost and productivity benefits to the Client.
Experience or familiarity with SAP ABAP Methodology & ITIL Service Delivery Model would be preferred.
Candidate should have good communication & interpersonal skills and must have worked in Client-facing role.
Candidate should be good team player and must be able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams & Business Users for proving feasible technical solution for business requirements.
