Job Description

Duties and Responsibility :

- 3 to 5 yrs of Exp with 2 E2E implementations on SAP CRM 7.0

- Excellent Communication skills

- Ability to Design, Build, Test & Deploy Interaction centre Webclient including Agent functions, profiles, Agent inbox, Rule modeler, Category modeler, IC Manager functions

- Integrate Interaction Center as part of a multi-channel solution including E Commerce

- Knowledge of ERMS / CTI (Computer Telephony integration) will be an added advantage

- Desire to share knowledge with team members

Skills Must have :

- 3 to 5 yrs of Exp with 2 E2E implementations on SAP CRM 7.0, communication, CRM, design, E commerce, Functions, Manager, SAP
