SDM - Need a Manager who has SCM background and is hands on in SAP (need not resolve tickets but should be able to guide customer). He/she should have led a team of around 40 and should be proficient in all project management activities while be able to think on identifying value adds/CSIP's to the customer. Should be well versed with FMA, AR. Knowledge of automation etc is a nice to have. "Lead team and should be hands on ticket resolving. Stream Lead for team of 25 - 30 consultants.
