The Technical Developer is responsible for guiding the overall design, developing standards and the day-to-day development of new code within their area of expertise.
This includes, but is not limited to, working with the functional and processes, analyzing program requirements, development of requirements, supporting off shore development efforts and the completion of test plans.
To qualify at least 2 years of experience developing HCM solutions on SAP ECC 6.0: HR Modules such as Payroll, Personnel Management and Benefits. - ESS and MSS experience is a plus
Participating with the design teams, business stakeholders and architecture groups to develop solution roadmaps to support the client's business innovation and growth
Collaborate with the design team on developing a strategy for introducing new technical features within your area of expertise.
Responsible for working with the team members to develop standards and best practices for implementing and supporting new development and technologies.
Accountability/Supervision: - Receives general direction/supervision from management.
