The team is closely associated with leading software companies in their compliance initiatives, to conduct independent third-party audit/ reviews for assessing potential gaps in licensing positions and licensing management processes.
Managing, planning and conducting Software Asset Management audits for North & East India Region for various Software Publishers.
Conducting compliance check on the Software Publisher products deployed in the client organizations.
Conducting Software License Review, End user review, deployment and usage review using Automated (Tools), Semi-Automated (Batch files) & Manual approach.
Summarizing the information obtained into concise and accurate reports.
Designing & Optimizing SAM process for clients.
Attending pre-review and post-review closure meetings with the publishers and client.
Analyzing the clients current SAM practices and policies and make suggestions on the same by comparing them to the international best practices.
Training & Mentoring existing team and new joiners on licensing, technical knowledge, data collection, IT Infrastructure, audit and reporting skills.
Reviewing MIS, preparing project/ individual progress metrics and resource utilization and presenting them to the Management and Clients.
Meeting point of contacts of various Software Publishers on a regular basis for discussing MIS, updates and nomination/ closure details and also maintaining the relationship on behalf of PwC.
