ITIL Foundation is preferred
Working knowledge of a Service Request Management Process.
SAM Tool knowledge would be preferred (Flexnet Suite, Aspera Smart Track, CA ITAM, ServiceNow, SNOW, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Interface with software suppliers/vendors for compliance/clarification of software contract terms.
* Serve as a contact for matters related to contractual compliance including, but not limited to, software acquisition, product usage, access issues, and distribution.
* Assist projects in case of contractual requirements, engage DCP and procurement as necessary
* Provide support in case of complex contractual questions
* Identify opportunities for possible contract negotiations
* Steward the contract renewal activities
* Review submitted Work Orders for clarity and completeness follow-up on missing information
* Consult with customers to understand their requirements, interfacing with other interested parties such as Business IT
