• To approach the sales team on regular basis for Hospitality projects follow-ups
Make minutes of the meeting and share it with all concerned
• Update projects related details in MIS
• To take notes from Branch Head on the outcomes of his daily meetings with the customers /employees in the branch or meeting done during visits while on tour
• Take notes on the phone if some employee or the Hospitality head is on tour and do the actionable.
Outcomes of one’s meetings and write in MIS
• To do the above activities on the daily basis so that the best information is captured and nothing is missed out as the things are fresh in one’s mind on the same day
• To ensure that all this information is loaded on daily basis on DCR /MISformat or on any other company provided platforms
• To do timely and required correspondence with customers / HO or within the branch on behalf of the team
• To prepare proposals on behalf of the sales persons
• Maintain accurate documentation and files
• To do proactive communication with all the concerned and close the loop proactively
• Prepare MIS reports, Monthly reports etc. as desired by Head office
• Upload the data in SMS (Sales Management System) as required by the Head Office.
