The successful individual will be adept with RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Auto IT, among others. The individual will be expected to understand the business process, identify opportunities for automation and Work with business and technology teams to analyse and assess feasibility. Responsibility will also include Document business process requirements, architect automation solution, develop and configure automation; Develop codes to meet the defined design/solution approach; ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing.
Individuals at a Senior level will have the additional responsibility for Mentoring colleagues through the Blue Prism training and accreditation program - providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques; providing architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the company's delivery teams; Identifying automation opportunities and accurately analysing and estimating new processes and assessing feasibility; Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required; Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements; Designing RPA solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions; Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand; Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
The individual will work with members of the office to determine the requirements for the build of the system as well as the actual build itself. The individual will be responsible for the full life cycle development and support and may be required to re-engineer some portions as requirements in the project(s) change or during a future transition to latest infrastructure or technology environments.
The individual would also carry out testing, troubleshooting and training of BOT controllers from time to time; adapt RPA development standards. The individual will work with the larger GDS TTDAS team to engage with senior leadership, to identify their key strategic issues/ priorities and develop desired solutions. The candidate will have strong collaboration skills, to work with a virtual team of global knowledge community.
BE/B.Tech preferably with IT/Computer Science specialization with 1-8 years of professional services experience in any RPA projects using Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere / UiPath / OpenSpan.
Hands-on experience of Process Automation across the life-cycle, using industrys leading Robotics Automation products
Good understanding of Process Design documents, Technical Design documents in Automation space
Sound knowledge in programming preferably with Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices
High level of motivation, strong work ethic and excellent business communication skills
