Job Description

Retail Upgrade: - Develop the next level of brand refresh, across 3 specific areas at Dealerships: - New identity elements - Enhanced imagery & messaging - Technology based experiences. - Create a communication system for internal & external stakeholders at retail touch-points, which includes - Content - Mediums - Protocols - Develop an SOP for maintenance, monthly reports and periodic audits for all the above systems & elements Customer Management: - Develop complete knowledge of the Brand Platform, Customer Profiles & the bouquet of aftermarket services, in lifetime support solutions - Proactively think on how customer experiences can be improved, through tangible elements & intangible services across retail touch-points - Interact with customers and create process / formats to capture their feedback on all aspects from products to aftermarket experiences, at specific retail touch-points Marketing & Brand Activation: - Liaison with key internal stakeholders in Aftermarket to understand the challenges and opportunities, as well as the already planned initiatives and prepare a broad annual Roadmap with detailed Quarter Plans - Partner with external agencies to conceptualise strategic initiatives in sync with the above plans - Create an activation kit, of a combination of elements that can be easily adapted & deployed based on the requirement - Supervise the team of DMs & AMs responsible for the operational aspects across the 3 areas - Events & Activations - POP & Merchandise - Retail Experiences
