This role is the process and system expert in Retail Execution within the Retail Execution Deployment Capability project Delivery Team and will be responsible for the project definition, delivery, and deployment of the processes and systems. The SDE will also drive applying and leveraging the existing processes and systems Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to) - Revisit, maintain and keep all the Implemented Sales Retail Execution integration solutions/interfaces across all markets, collaborating with Global Solution Owner Back Office & Integration, Solution Architect, Retail Execution Capability Team, Capability Deployment Team, suppliers, partners and system integrators as needed. Connect with Markets to understand the interfaces use by the markets, analyse the set up and update the documentation of all manual or automated and active and inactive interfaces and utilization. (60%) - Provide deep functional and process expertise across Retail execution solutions for the regions and markets and bringing the efficiencies by automation and bringing in Industry best practices. (20%) - Support and enhance the Integration Service and its continued evolution across retail execution systems (e.g. Sales Force Automation, Distributor Management Systems and Sales Reporting etc.) (5%) - Identify and propose improved support processes from future stability (FortifyNext) perspective with Solution Architect and standardization. (5%) - Change and Release Management - Ensure all regional systems change requests are governed and managed through the change and release management process (5%) - Transition of live markets into the ongoing support platform, if any. (5%) Do you have what it takes? - 7-10 years of experience and deep understanding of integration and sales business processes; - Good general understanding of business processes in FMCG/CPG Company; - Strong Retail Execution Knowledge in Sales Force Automation, Distributor Management Systems and Sales Reporting; - Excellent English, written and spoken; - Strong in Problem Solving, analytical and collaboration skills to work with colleagues in different markets and regions. - Excellent communications skills both verbal, written and cross cultural; - A collaborative approach, including effective conflict management - This is Global role so expectation will be to be flexible in terms of the work window. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure - Project & Program Management - Retail Execution Process Experience - DIAL & Delivery Methodologies - Business Acumen - Vendor Management - Problem Solving - Drive for results - Conceptual and analytic skills.
