Job Description

Major Focus Area :

- Support sales on a dedicated basis, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure, and/or driving and managing programs to improve sales performance, efficiencies and outcomes.

Role Dimension :

- To support deals/opportunities by assimilating and providing intelligence on pricing, costing, clients, competition and market/industry.

- Requires collaboration and liaising with internal groups, stakeholders and senior executives to support ad-hoc requests.

Job Description :

- Support deal pursuits in App services business by creating deep-dive intelligence on accounts and prospects

- Aggregate and assimilate external pricing information in standardized format and periodically refresh

- Service ad-hoc requests from internal groups on external pricing and actively support in the analysis of internal pricing data, creation of pricing PoV etc.

- Create regular reports on deals/contracts renewals for onward distribution to OG leads, Sales leads, senior execs etc.

Mandatory Skills :

- Reasonably strong understanding of IT services industry, preferably Account Delivery Management area

- Strong data aggregation skills and proficient in using external research sources such as Gartner, Forrester etc

- Ability to assimilate data/information from multiple sources and form a coherent story

- Good understanding of market and competitive dynamics, preferably in Account Delivery Management area

- Ability to synthesize huge amount of information into quick/short summary and sound bites

- Strong collaboration skills and high level of business ethics

- Proficient in MS Office
