Validate all deals authenticity with Account Manager for completeness monthly
Custodian of all GAM and GSI accounts transaction with respect to define end customer
Highlight to respective Sales VP/Finance Managers of any exception to the process with respect to GAM &GSI deal
Reports out all final deals to Sales Ops & FP&A heads across GEO on monthly & quarterly
Reconcile GAM & GSI deal to P&L and report monthly to Sales Ops & FP&A heads across GEO
Release Quarterly Final position on GAM GSI actual deal vs revenue recognized in the quarter to Sale VP and team
Publishing QBR with detail analysis of Delta items vs projection.
In addition Compensation reporting and any ad-hoc reporting
Support Manager Sales Variable Pay Finance
Report out all attainment with respect to GAM & GSI accounts to Global Comm team
Assist with budget, expense, quota and compensation plan analysis with respect to GAM & GSI accounts
Provide required documentation and proper audit trail and process manual. Develop and maintain an effective process
Global and GSI Accounts - Sales Representatives/ Managers/Directors/Vice President
Sales Operations - Geo/Region/Country Managers
FP&A Geo Head/Field Finance Managers managing GAM or GSI accounts.
Insight Administration Team/Managers
BSc/BA/B.Com in Finance or equivalent
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to create/manipulate Pivot Tables, Advance Formulas. Create reports in Excel/Access data base, VBA Macros
