Department Business Development
Responsible for meeting the targets of Online/Offline Demat and Trading account in various segments.
Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective
To accomplish his Account opening targets, set by the superiors.
Generating leads through cold calling.
Accomplishing meeting targets, as set by Superiors.
Analyzing & increasing the client database and finding out the potential Clients- based on their priority level of the Client, fixing meetings with the seniors with the help of database, personal references & networking.
Collection of Margins from the Clients.
Self analyzing the market as well as compiling the data received from the Research Analysis Team and updating the Customers accordingly.
Preparing a daily MIS of number of calls made and meetings conduct and sending them to the sales manager as well as Business Head in CRM.
Looking into the avenues for tapping bulk accounts.
Identifying the non-trading accounts and push them for trading.
Providing better services to the Clients and request them for references.
Ability to influence prospective Clients and convert leads into Sales as well as convincing them to invest more.
To enhance profitability of the business by ensuring cross selling of other products of the organization like Mutual fund SIP, My Com/My Stock SIP etc
Responsible for promoting positive relationships with the clients.
Coordinating with the clients regarding his/her stock and fund withdrawal.
Handling client queries either on phone or by visiting them personally.
Ability to handle all kinds of clients as customer reactions varies from person to person.
Internal Process Perspective
Preparing DSR in CRM on regular basis and providing a copy for the same to the Sales Manager or Branch Head
Getting all the client ledgers signed from the clients as confirmation and duly signed and verified & accepted by the Compliance department regularly as well as at the time of exit.
Reviewing the daily reports of the Subordinates.
Assist the subordinates when ever needed and instill Team spirit amongst the Team.
Coordinating with seniors for the sales targets
Responsible to generate & maintain the exclusive data base of his/her clients.
Innovation & Learning Perspective
Keeping abreast with the current market trends along with the customer behaviour and competitor analysis.
Enhancing interpersonal, selling Skills, presentation skills, and personal ongoing development.
Should undergo departmental induction trainings.
Ensures to attend the training sessions organized by Learning & Development division (HR) as per companys Learning & Development policy and should also undergo for various skills enhancement trainings.
