Ensuring business development at Nexa Dealership. 2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job) Handling all retail Proposals referred by dealers Attending to customer inquiries / grievances on timely basis. Responsible for all the business activities of the dealership To tie up & co - ordinate with Dealers for business development and maintain good rapport with all. To achieve a minimum business of Rs 50 Lakhs per month Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered to. Ensuring prompt customer service to all customer & Dealers. Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all cases Field Investigation for all the sourced cases. To Ensure 100 % CD collection in all the last 12 months cases To have a complete control on NPA and overdue in all contracts for last 12 Months . Ensure to follow up for all the taken initiatives at higher level. Professional Qualification Skills and Knowledge Competencies Graduate in any Discipline with 2 - 3 years relevant experience. MBA with 1 - 2 Year relevant experience. . Good Communication skills in English & Regional Language Awareness of local culture and trends Strong Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require. Good Persuasion skills.
