Job Description

1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarise in one/ two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company). Customer interaction & service at Nexa Dealership. Ensuring business development at Nexa Dealership. 2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job) Handling all retail Proposals referred by dealers Attending to customer inquiries / grievances on timely basis. Responsible for all the business activities of the dealership To tie up & co - ordinate with Dealers for business development and maintain good rapport with all. To achieve a minimum business of Rs 50 Lakhs per month Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered to. Ensuring prompt customer service to all customer & Dealers. Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all cases Field Investigation for all the sourced cases. To Ensure 100 % CD collection in all the last 12 months cases To have a complete control on NPA and overdue in all contracts for last 12 Months . Ensure to follow up for all the taken initiatives at higher level. Timely reporting 3: Organisational Relationship (Provide an organisational chart which illustrates the organisational structure above and below this position). Area Business Manager Reporting Officer Relationship Manager 4: Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the position). Increase in market share / dealer share of the given Dealership/ product. Maintaining quality along with quantity. 5: Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed). First hand proposal scrutiny. Recommending a business case to his supervisors for decision. 6: Job Requirements (Describe the educational requirements, suggested year and type of experience, nature and extent of skills/ abilities required for the desired position). Professional Qualification Skills and Knowledge Competencies Graduate in any Discipline with 2 - 3 years relevant experience. MBA with 1 - 2 Year relevant experience. . Good Communication skills in English & Regional Language Awareness of local culture and trends Strong Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require. Good Persuasion skills. Strong Interpersonal Skills. Customer Focus Customer Orientation Team work. Confident, patient, polite, tactful and assertive in dealing in difficult situations.
