We have an opportunity for "Relationship Manager-Bancassurance" for one of the largest Insurance Sector Company. Two wheeler is mandatory. Travelling is required. Job Purpose- Selling Generals Products through bancassurance channel and attaining maximum penetration while adhering to General insurance processes. Key Responsibilities- 1.Analyze Branch potential based on Renewal base, customer base, loan accounts. 2.Plan Branch visits according to potential. 3.Have a clear focus with list of branches where SPs are required. 4.Prepare Loan Book for his/her branches. 5.Achieve Sales target 6.Work on increasing own productivity. 7.Must increase branch penetration for sales maximization 8.Deliverance on Focused products & Renewals. 9.Plan one to one meeting with customers and maintain data for cross sell opportunities. 10. Working knowledge of MIS.
