Job Description

1. Acquiring and managing relationships in defined BSA
2. Primary responsibility to bring fresh Liability Asset and Trade business, both by new acquisition and cross-sell
3. Core Products are LCBG BC, Cash Credit, WCDL
4. Cross Sell: FOREX, Treasury Deals, FD
5. Focus on offering financial solutions for WC requirements, CMS and trade financing
6. Maintain highest portfolio quality by proactive account management and early alert process
7. Track latest development in the industry, sector and regulations
8. Consistently seek an opportunity to expand share of wallet of customer base with help of TBG for Trade and CMS, CF for Project Funding, CIB for Channel Corporate linked vendor and dealer financing
9. Responsible for the bottom line as well as top-line targets for self as well as the Relationship Partner by ensuring benchmark productivity.
10. Market mapping of BSA, strategies for expansion of market base and proactively working towards the development of new products new markets with Prod Team.
