Job Description

Be in-charge of Overall Customer Experience of CMG
Key Personnel in Client Escalation Matrix
Resolving client grievances and obtaining feedback on the resolution provided
Preparing customer satisfaction surveys, overlooking the survey performance and collating the survey data. Taking necessary actions according to the survey results
Conduct training/workshop for the team on verbal and non-verbal communication and client interaction skills
Drafting the corporate communications for clients, this includes welcome letters, handover letters, newsletters, etc.
Conducting periodic audits for the team to ensure all external communication with clients is professional and prompt
Handling the RCD team (Radius Care Desk) which is a contact center that deals with client experience and queries
Schedule /work assignment and execution of all operations of RCD:
Onboarding of clients
Making sure timely preparation of agreements for registration and coordination with the registration team
Liaise with the legal team for any legal response to the clients. Incorporation of changes to drafts of agreement/allotment /booking memo
Liaise with the projects team for the construction of the project work status that can be communicated periodically to clients
Work in conjunction with the IT team, helping them to design the customer portal, which is the client interface for all the investments with Radius
Liaise with the architect team for any client request or clarity of their apartment
