Job Description

- Management of key corporate relationships for payment solutions like INR Prepaid cards, CUG & ETC
- Acquire New corporate relationships for INR Prepaid Cards, CUG & ETC
- Ensure Gift cards (both retail & corporate) business generation through allocated branches
- Maintain internal relationships with various key stakeholders like Salary, TASC for support in driving INR Prepaid cards, CUG & ETC business
- Conduct regular branch and client visits and resolve customer queries
- Retain existing clients and enhancement of INR Prepaid cards, CUG & ETC business
- Collaborate with several General Service departments e.g. cards operations to ensure clients receive quality service
- Liaising with various stakeholders at client end (admin staff, support staff, etc.) in order to ensure query resolution within the prescribed TAT
- Ensure Compliance to Internal & External Guidelines on Payment Solutions
- Enhance corporate relations and seek referrals for generation of incremental business
- Number, value and income target achievement on all payment solutions products
- Manage relationship with key corporates
- Develop new relationships with customers to increase upload and accounts
- Relationship management and increasing penetration in existing corporates
- One point contact for the territory assigned
- Focused approach towards achievement of respective income and acquisition plan
- Responsible for giving the adequate market feedback to RHS/NSM for ensuring that the product is always in line with market expectations.
- Manage the team(DST, If given) and maintain their productivity
- Written and oral communications skills
- Experience in managing key corporate relationships
- Knowledge of compliance of the bank
- Ability to communicate & convince to senior management of corporates regarding product benefits
- Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement customer acquisition and service strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with corporate clients to ensure customer retention.
