1) The core function is to empanel , activate and manage relationship in retail distribution segment like individual financial advisors , regional & national distributors , banking distribution channel , wealth management channel , etc of the AMC.
2) Develop and manage sales that provides environment to grow the company s business , including managing a centralized contact management system with the distribution channel and direct investors wherever applicable.
3) To execute steps for increasing the company s market share across products. This includes gaining market intelligence and analyzing industry trends , pricing strategies , selling techniques , etc.
4) Organise and execute the implementation of sales tactics , make presentations , handle sales negotiations , maintain relationships , disseminating market commentary of the Investment team , etc.
5) Maintain database and records of all clients , etc as required for the function and safekeeping of important documents , files , etc and co - ordination of audit requirements.
6) Continuously gain feedback from Customers and Distributors for improvising and overcoming shortcomings in the product offering and after sales - service.
7) Co - ordinate with reporting manager , H.O. , cross functional units , etc for sales reporting co - ordination , as and when required.
