Job Description

Identifying customers for agri loan (Branch Walkins , to visit on field)
Daily visit to 4 prospective customers for exploring loan options to be tracked by (Daily Sales Report)
Conducting Pre sanction Visit on hot leads and keep followup on cold leads
Preparing pre sanction appraisal form
Preparing Credit Report on agriculture Borrowers
Preparing Credit report on agriculture Guarantors
Preparing Due Diligence report
Prepare Credit rating of the proposals
Preparing Credit Approval Memo
Ensuring Title Search Report from advocates on cases 5 Lacs
Answer Queries of Credit pertaining to the proposals
Filling up the application form and CIF Form for creation of Loan Account
Ensure Loan is booked under correct Product Code and RBI Code
Get the file sanctioned and disbursed
Monthly Agri disbursement of Rs 30 Lacs to be ensured
Executing the loan documents ( Loan Agreement, Hypothecation Agreement, Personal Gurantee, Declaration, DPN etc)
Visiting Talahti office for submiiting / Creation of mortgage on the agri land
Ensure Post Disbursal documents are collected on time (Mortgage Confirmation, Insurance Docs, etc)
Confirming End use verificatio by visiting the cases disbursed
Ensure the limits are renwed on time
Follow up with customers to rotate the limit in CC account
Visiting customers which are in overdue / Likely NPA cases
