Job Description

To Manage & Control the entire branch service operation interms of

Align with Sales team, Trade & Customer expectations and satisfaction

Creating and Managing adequate service infrastructure interms of own & outsourced network

Monitoring Back office team and Territory Service Executives

Overseeing the Spare part function & Controls

Commercial and Process adherence

Implementing systems and process as laid by the Head office.

Liasioning with HO functions like, Commercial, Logistics, Category, IT, HR, Training & Legal for various requirements.

Driving Customer Satisfaction and ensure to achieve KPI
