Position Title : RSM- OEM Sale Location : Delhi Reports to (Position) : DGM- Sales and Marketing I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Formulate, monitor and execute Sales Plan to achieve topline and bottom line objectives. Also New Business Development OEM in terms of sales, breakthroughs in Automotive Sector or White goods Sector in OEM stream. Build talent/ team for achieving sales objectives. To ensure high degree of engagement in markets of current and future interest. Maintain highest service levels by proper planning. Achieve DSO objectives. To resolve customer complaints promptly. To extend success stories within and across customers. Be updated on competitive scenario. Cost consciousness. II. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION Multiple account Management Excellent in communication and presentation skills, having innovative approach Should possess good analytical skills Should be good at conflict resolution. Should enjoy healthy relationship with OEMs Should be Customer Oriented and having good networking skills. Functional Expertise in Sales, Business Development and Client Servicing. Ready to Travel extensively. Should be Team Leader III. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION 12 to 15 years experience in Automobile industry in OEM sector Engineering Graduate with MBA/ PG in Marketing Excellent Track record in Career having achieved Breakthrough in various sectors contributing to the sustainable growth of an Organization.
