We are hiring experienced candidate for the position of " REGIONAL SALES MANAGER " for Delhi / NCR, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad locations. In this we required - Position:  Regional Sales Manager Employment Type: Full Time  Reporting to: Zonal Sales Manager 1. Responsibilities: Plan & derive effective regional sales & marketing strategies Effectively align business and sales strategy at operational level Strong experience in Distributor & Retailers evaluation, appointment and coverage design on Day to Day Basis (route mapping, beat route planning etc.) Getting Business from Distributors & Retailers Development and execution of area volumes as per the business plan Streamlining and driving the Regional Trade Sales & Marketing function Team player and able to motivate and lead team (TSM and Sales Associates) effectively Exhibit inspiring leadership quality by setting examples Present & sale products & services to prospective channel partners Driving Sales Development and Training process effectively and Identify training needs of the team and plan Training & Development programs Conduct promotional events (Eg: Campaign, trade shows, etc.) to build sale traction Monitor competition for related & proposed product services within assigned region Prepare & submit the sales report to ZSM / NSM / Management. Develop sales skills in order to achieve personal & team sale goals by practicing new sales technique to the sale team Need to travel throughout their assigned regions to train the sales force, work with customers & coordinate sales & marketing efforts locally Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate preferably with sales experience. Requirement Strong Sales driving techniques and distribution skills. Team handling skills, Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and take action on go to market approaches, sales promotion programs, margin value propositions and business cases around distribution network, ability to analyze & interpret sales data to inform sales
