Job Description

External Contacts:
· All customers within the regional jurisdiction
· FSI’s , Key business partners & IKA’s + NKA’s
· official offices in foreign countries w.r.t. SCI Jurisdiction under assigned responsibilities
· Industrial associations, consultants, Govt. territorial Agencies etc.

Personal knowledge / abilities:
· Technical knowledge of all E+H product groups & application experience
· Knowledge of relevant Market & Industry
· knowledge of export/import procedures, taxation policies business
· commercial skills and awareness of logistical aspects
· flexible way of work
· Understand & control of Cost centre and Profit centre aspects
· willing to travel
· Good communication and CRM Skills
· Management skills
· team player and team builder
· a good “Visionary” to foresee business opportunities

Main tasks:

Ø Sales / Marketing policy
· An effective regional business plan for Sales/Marketing strategy both for products & the respective regions/countries within SCI’s jurisdiction.
· assisting with pricing policies, formulate business plans for both Indigenous and import products with focus on market trends, IKA, NKA accounts Vs competition
· Complete control of cost & profit centre functions at region/branch
· Capturing project alerts thru various channels and team for planning actions and control for business growths

Ø Implementing
· implementing and monitoring of activities/actions according to agreed business plan
· Periodic review of business analysis for effective forecasting for MIS reports
· Delegate and monitor work assigned to team members
· market launches of new products
· follow-up of inquires and actions
· sales co-ordination with other regional offices within SCI jurisdiction
· Guide, review & support sales team colleagues to achieve their targets and assignments

Ø Training / Customer Care
· Training of the local organisation, technical , commercial and market orientated
· looking after customers, FSI’s and visitors. Local seminars and exhibitions
Ø E+H “Ambassador”
· He represents the position of E+H Global & SCI., understands business process internal/external and develops solutions for problems, where necessary.
· Understands key long-term & short-term global objectives of E+H Global and leads the team & business in rhyme with the global objectives.
· securing of the qualitative achievement of objectives through indirect leadership
· No.1 contact person for the local organisation for all issues related to sales, marketing, service, product management, accounts & commercial, Admin & region/branch related other functions
He represents the interest as a management representative within the
E+H SCI organisation.
· He practices & propagates CRM thru organizational business ethics and commitment
· He socializes in customer meets & other platforms for business development

Ø Monitoring and assisting with daily business locally and in SCI jurisdiction territory

· Ownership for guiding for quotations, processing / handling of orders
· Ownership on commercial and credit-risk control
· assists internal sales, where necessary
· control outstanding and to control DSO for smooth cash flow
· Timely regional/branch reporting
· Ownership of IKA and NKA close monitoring and control
· Compiling Market intelligence and strategies thru team members about competition information on technology trends and offerings.
· Highlighting & reporting of new/add-on business growth avenues to Management with appropriate project planning
· Takes care of the regional HR aspects
· Creates and maintains a healthy, trustworthy environment for the entire team at the region / branch
Qualification : BE
Working Days : 5 Days a Week ( to )
