Job Description

Position : Regional Sales Manager Location : Gurgaon Qualification : Diploma Engg /B. Tech/MBA Experience : 8-10 Years Experience with exposure in pre-owned vehicle business Responsibilities Expand and Establish Network of XYZ Pre owed Vehicle business in North Region. Manage channel ,defend business case and drive the viability of dealer in pre-owned vehicle business. Sales and Exchange of Pre owned trucks, Improving resale Velocity and value of XYZ Products Target setting ,drive dealer and internal team targets ,review their performance ,guide and coach them. Build relationship with financiers. Liquidation of repossessed assets of financiers and arrange refinance for pre-owned vehicles, market intelligence on pre-owned business(customers, prices, practices, market mapping). Build channels of pre-owned vehicle sales. XYZ branding at dealerships. Promotion campaigns of XYZ. Ownership of XYZ business processes implementation. Training of Dealer & Internal Team on XYZ. Competencies/ Capabilities Required - Strong interpersonal and cross function working skill Knowledge on Pre owned Vehicle Business Process & Profit center Orientation Target orientation Leading from the front and go getter approach Strong Negotiating ,problem solving and communication Skill Strong Channel Management Skill Team Handling and motivation Role Category:Retail Sales Role:Regional Manager Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time
