Roles & Responsibilities
?Undivided focus and attention in acquiring grocery stores based on select criteria
?Lead and help the sales team achieve its targets month- on- month
?Co-ordinate with the support and retention teams to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
?Motivate & help the team win over competition through competitive updates and periodical training both OJT and indoors.
?Ensure each customer is thoroughly educated and informed on company’s objectives and are in a ready state for brand visits and reference at any time.
?Leverage the cross functional units to achieve or excel company’s objective
