Responsible for Sales and Business Development of Gujarat Region with a team of Area Sales Manager's, Area Sales Executives and Area Sales Officers.
Identification & Appointment of Distributor's in new and existing areas and develop distributors.
Channel Sales Management
Primary and Secondary Sales
Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstanding.
Data Management / Sales Reports / MIS
Brand Building, Marketing, and Sales Promotion Activities
Should be able to establish the focus for the team, implement strategy and develop new markets and grow the existing market.
Qualification & Experience: Graduate or MBA with 10 to 15 years of FMCG Retail Sales experience with regional sales exposure. Preferably from reputed FMCG Food Products Companies.
