Job Description

Role:

Responsible for development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region as well as the achievement of targets

- distribute targets among divisions
- organize and direct assigned sales teams
support and oversee recruiting, selecting and appointing process in divisions
keep track of operating results across divisions
- implement plans and strategies to expand customer base and achieve particular targets
coordinate strategies, plans, staff and activities to ensure maximum profitability and growths of your sales team in line with the Wuerth vision and values
provide continuous feedback and performance evaluation to ensure quality of sales team
ensure information flow and transparency among assigned regions
responsible for budgeting across assigned divisions
