Job Description

We have an opportunity for the position of Regional Sales Manager (International Sales) with a leading one of the world largest MNC Textile company. 


Designation : Regional Sales Manager (International Sales)

Reports to HOD

Role Title : AGM DGM - Team Lead

A Primary responsibility is to assist Sales Head and handles set of accounts for a product in a geography cluster/ set of accounts products/geographies Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Process Activity RACIKPI
Sales:
1) Market New Products to Retailers / Buyers;
2) Strategise Product Marketing;
3) Periodically visit customer stores and update the grids wherever needed;
4) Competitive assortment grid presentation, analyse assortment gaps and create new offers No of new customers

BUILDING/STRENGTHEING RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS:
1) Day to day Liasioning with Buyers;
2) Finalise the cost of new offers and coordinate with buyers for necessary approvals related to program and shipments; 3) Addressing the all new business proposals;
4) Discount and negotiation discussions No of new programs
SHIPMENTS:
1) Ensuring on time shipment and biweekly review of dispatch plan. Sales vs Business Plan

PAYMENTS:
1) Monitor payment status;
2) Negotiating with buyers for Letter of Credits' terms and conditions;
3) Ensuring Business terms and conditions are in line with the corporate policy;
4) Monitoring the Cost implications, review the program financials on monthly basis Customer relationship and vendor rating

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTS:
1) Develop new product as per the market feedback, test and launch new developed product;
2) Preparing, Monitoring and execution market week developments. Market week management
MIS:
1) Monitoring weekly reports / MIS - Analysis of current orders vs Projected orders, Analysis of capacity against future order bookings / Market Week Presentations/ Customer Buyers Meet Presentations, Sales Plan finalization

SPECIAL PROJECTS:
1) As and when assigned by HOD.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT:
1) Provide guidance and mentoring for direct reprotees;
2) Address the need and the career aspiration of the direct reportees;
3) Identify high performers in the team.
