Implement the sales and marketing plans and targets for the respective region based on the overall domestic market strategy and plan
Drive strategies to generate/increase sales in the respective region.
To translate and evaluate customers needs into a organisation product.
Interact with the internal team to ensure the feasibility of delivery before closing a sale and the right commitment is made to the client.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing relevant to the region and customers.
Maintain regular interactions with key customers to address queries, resolve critical issues and build relationships.
Ensure all the pre and post shipment formalities are completed to maintain customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings and discussions and review with the Immediate Superior.
Ensure the sales activities meet all legal, regulatory and compliance criteria in the respective region.
Keep abreast of the market developments in the domestic market that might impact Organisation
Drive periodic tracking of sales results through strong reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly).
Conduct meetings with distributors/dealers at regular intervals.
Promote and maintain positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors.
To answer baking specific questions posed by customers, directly or via sales organizations.
To provide advice internally and externally when dealing with complaints.
To register and make a report on customers? activities and wishes.

Specific Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Graduation in any specialization.
Knowledge of sales, sales promotions and marketing.
Basic technical knowledge in responsibility area.
Able to work with all modern tools of communication and software: e.g. Laptop, tablet, Internet, power point, word, excel etc.
Able to stand for long periods when conducting tests and during demonstrations. Able to accept restricted movement during long car journeys.
Able to accept discomfort from humidity, damp, dust, heat and noise during practical tests in production locations.
Good knowledge of main local Indian language and English both verbal and written (for emails and reports, internally and externally).
Ability to communicate to all customer levels in a respectful way.
Proactive, open, extrovert and sales oriented personality.
Ability to express oneself, able to build up relations with customers and peers/colleagues.
Maintain contact (also by email) with sales, marketing/communication and distributors.
