Job Description

- The Regional Sales Manager position has an overall responsibility for increasing sales, profitability and market share in Channel Sales/Project Sales business in his Region.

- As a Regional Sales Manager, the incumbent will lead the strategy in defining our growth path and building competency in the Channel Sales/Project Sales (Building Material business)

- He should have excellent presentation skills to enhance the Channel Sales/Project Sales.

- The incumbent will work closely with the trade channel sales team, project sales team, corporate sales team, manufacturing, design and logistics.

- He will set up and manage the entire sales team in the Region to grow business through this channels

- To achieve the net sales budget for the year

- Increase the prospect to order ratio.

- Establishing the channel as a viable and profitable business. Develop network with other organizations that may need travel products to boost their sales and institutions that may offer our products as gifting solutions.

- Increasing the client portfolio and grow the business.

- Managing the team: Zero attrition rates to be set. Set KRAs for the team, to sustain and improve their motivation level
