Scouting for Regional Head - Agency Sales - Mumbai, Pune & Goa, leading and managing a team 15-18 Branch Managers and 180-200 SMs, responsible for generating revenues of approx. 20 crores, hiring and training of team, ensuring Agent Recruitment, Activation, Quality & Policy Persistency. The Job Description Includes:
a. Head the Agency Sales Regional Office & lead all Branch staff and Advisors & coordinate with seniors including HO appropriately.
b. Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Branch Managers, Sales Managers & Insurance Advisors of Agency Channel.
c. Help, assist & guide the Branch Managers, Sales Managers & insurance Advisors & to recruit and train to procure necessary business.
d. To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management for Agency Sales and Cross Sales.
e. To motivate BMs/SMs/Advisors with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company.
f. Regular monitoring of BMs, SMs & Advisors performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.
g. Facilitate administrative & operational supports to BMs, SMs & Advisors of Agency Channel for smooth functioning.
h. MIS preparation, reporting to Regional Head and adherence to Audit Compliance as per company Standards.
