Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:
The company is growing at lightning speed and the Regional Sales Head is expected to thrive in a fast paced environment with superb selling skills, and possess expertise in building relationship with Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Doctors, Pharmacists and Distributors Network people dealing with healthcare and medical devices in varied Infusion Therapy, Central Venous Access catheters, Anesthesia, Urology, Gastroenterology, Blood Collection Management System, Surgery/ Wound Drainage and Dialysis segment etc.
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in Delhi NCR Region.
Responsible for primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring brand presence in defined markets.
Develop and execute plan for monthly, quarterly and annual business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly Sales target by promoting health care and medical devices t with existing and new customers.
Explore domestic market for sale of company products, identify customers and promote the products through developing sales team and enabling the sales team with skills on individual detailing, audio-visual presentations, workshops and Company image building.
Meet and Co-ordinate with customers including hospitals, doctors, distributors, Pharmacists, tender authorities and related agencies for business development.
Regular connect with clients and ensure speedy redressal of objections, complaints and grow the distribution network strategically.
Develop and grow relationship with hospitals/ doctors/ pharmacists and strengthen company image.

Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
BSc/ B. Pharma/ Bio-Technology/ D.Pharma with 12+ Years of experience in selling health care and medical devices, bio-technology devices and bio-absorbable/ non absorbable specialty health care and medical products in domestic market.
Passion for driving sales initiatives with the sales team carrying high sense of urgency and drive for excellence for health care and Medical Devices used for Infusion Therapy, Central Venous Access catheters, Anesthesia, Urology, Gastroenterology, Blood Collection Management Surgery and Wound Drainage and Dialysis etc.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment with profit and loss responsibility.
