The Regional Sales Head (RSH) will identify and develop opportunities to strengthen and expand Client's Corporate customer base, driving revenue by identifying prospects, and long-term partnership. The RSH will present Client's knowledge, and offerings and the value those offerings represent to Corporate customers. What you- ll do : - Help define and prioritize market segments, customer base, and industry verticals to target. - Set a strategic business development plan for target markets and ensure it is in line with product team's strategic direction. - Identify specific prospects/partners to approach while communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case. - Work closely with customers to ensure they are successful using client products, and that they have the technical resources required. - Partner with internal teams to understand the requirements, develop proposals, client contracts that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives. Establish annual goals and objectives in coordination with product team - Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers. - Partner with legal to create contracts and MOUs as per the business requirement. - Drive adoption and engagement of solution through growth hacks and low cost solutions - Partner with internal marketing and contents teams to align and drive the business development plan for solutions Publish weekly reports to the stakeholders . Skills needed : - MBA with 8+ years of relevant experience in business development - Good networking and preferably understanding of employee wellness industry - Should have impeccable communication (verbal, listening, writing) & presentation skills - Strong customer development and relationship management skills - Strong analytical, and interpersonal skills - Self-starter/self-reliant, Self-motivated and willing to take up challenges, learn and develop - Good negotiation skills, competitive and confident approach.
