Job Description

Manage bottom line responsibility without sales role; monitor business & competitive environment & provide strategic direction

Strengthen operations & ensure profitability through new avenues of market penetration & customer delight; extend product portfolio

Manage shared services including Accounts, Logistics, IT, HR & facilitate cross-functional co-operation

Identify business opportunities for all channels [eg smart cities, swach bharat]; support business heads in analyzing & delivering business performance

Ensure profit objectives for Sales, Receivables, Cost Reduction

Ensure customer convergence across divisions; establish company as a worthy corporate citizen, focus on manpower, over head costs & working capital rotation

Monitor customer satisfaction through response time & service to ensure retention

Capture customer knowledge, increase penetration through cross selling, reference selling etc; Analyse competition exhaustively

Build leadership through succession plan, mentoring, manage channel conflict, people development, create motivational climate etc

Identify locations for new offices, get interiors in time, ensure rentals within budgets, maintain facilities for employee comfort

Establish warehouses, transporters, ensure timely availability of stocks

Will not be responsible for sales top line; support business to achieve their goals, hygiene role to check health of business

MBA, 12-15 years industry experience, 40-50 years of age
