Job Profile: Will be part of the core Sales Team, will handle B2B & B2C Sales in Mumbai for Foreign Exchange. He will be responsible for Topline & Bottomline of Forex business of Mumbai. KRAs : - Responsible for EBIT for the Travel related foreign exchange business for Mumbai City - Driving Sales through network of branches in Mumbai and growing the business - Responsible for Business Development - Corporate's, Individuals and Channel business - Initiating and managing sales: Plan and execute Initiate and drive sale promotion activities to create enough sales funnel for branches. - Undertaking BTL activities to increase traction/Walk-in at stores in Mumbai - To ensure compliance with regard to RBI rules & regulation, AML guidelines, and follow laid down circulars/process by the Company and other statutory bodies. - Create a funnel of Trained staff through mentoring & coaching to hedge against high attrition in front line positions Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate Profile : - Graduates / MBAs with 8-15 years relevant experience. Should have Corporate Sales/Channel sales experience. - Experience of handling a large team with varied experience and age group would be preferred. Self starter and ready to make a difference by leading the team.
