Job Description

Acquire business banking customers through a range of CASA(Current Account & Saving Account) products.
Manage a Sales team comprising of Sales Managers (BSM) & CASA AMs / DMs / Sales Officers.
Responsible for driving CASA business for Bank Branches . Formulating strategies & plans for facilitating business growth and target achievement.
Ensuring sales of retail products from branches through Sales team.
Ensure process & compliance and nurturing talent within the Sales Team for future roles.
Ensure desired productivity of BSMs & SO-CASA at desired quality levels.
Planning and Review: Prepare monthly sales demand funnel, activity planning and weekly reviews of activity conducted and output efficiency.
Training and hand holding: Capability building for new recruits in SM and SO-CASA team and hand holding with their job roles like planning, sales calls and closures.
Monitoring productivity and activation levels of SO-CASA / BSM and conduct morning huddle or gate meetings & detailed sales process reviews BSM & SO wise on weekly basis.
Self sourcing: Lead by example by meeting self sourcing targets for self and ensuring SM self sourcing targets are met.
Portfolio quality: Ensure desired levels of quality of sourcing in terms of re-work elimination, account opening TAT, balance maintenance, transaction intensity and cross sell in acquired portfolio.
Ensure SA productivity & CA productivity of 1+ per employee with minimum 2.5 Times AOC requirement.
Responsible for Account wise Value productivity and also ensure Average balance maintenance by customers.
Cross Sales Drive Life Insurance / Credit Cards and other lines of business .
