Job Description

Manage sales channels and design periodical incentive schemes for the regional sales team
Develop and implement regional sales strategies and meet regional sales targets by conducting sales / promotion activities
Monitor market intelligence and developments by conducting field visits and meeting consumer durable manufacturers & dealers
Oversee collection efforts for the region and manage the loss line
Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of services and interaction with credit team regarding customer applications
Manage relationship with manufacturers; participate in periodic reviews
Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market
Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales
