Managing Direct / Project Sales of Pre-Engineered Building, Light Guage building and Metal Roofing & Cladding.
Managing Key accounts and finalizing orders.
Accountable for sales and marketing of Products.
Generation new business through networking efforts & execution of creating marketing plans.
Addressing technical and commercial queries of cilients.
To analyze competitors activities and its effects to our product and sale.
Order finalization activities viz. technical bid/commercial bid in Company favour.
Training and development of team members.
Leading and motivating team member.
Organizing customer meet and CGI on regularly basis.

Channel Management
Identifying and networking with Leadership & Marketing Management
Spearheading sales operations with a view to achieve business (sales volume & market share) objectives; ensuring profitability.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment, imparting training to team members that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

Sales & Business Development
Implementing strategies & policies and reaching out to the new market segments & customer groups for business expansion.
Organizing seminars/presentations, revamping existing product line, pricing, promotional initiatives and customer seminars for higher visibility and market penetration.
Assessing Industry trends, identifying key drivers for competition, tracking competitors activities, mobilizing resources for executing sales & marketing plan.

financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
Developing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and coordinating with the dealers to assist them to promote the product / services.
Focusing on product visibility across network thereby increasing sales of the entire product range.

Relationship Management
Building & maintaining long term relationship with clients by working on value added projects that achieving customers profitability and increased sales growth.
Conducting Business Reviews with all customers aligned with their key drivers & business objectives.
Interfacing with clients for feedback to sustain business & stay focused on key deliverables.
