Responsible to achieve the company sales and collection targets and profitability while coordinating with various operational departments of the company;the achievement of sales target as well as profitability target.
Overall responsibility for net sales Budget of the year for region.
Will be handling a Sales team of 12 people including Branch Manager,BDM Area Managers, Sales Executives(Project and Trade) based at different locations and in charge of Service and Accounts team
To provide Strategic direction to Channel Sales/Project Sales
To support improvement in quality and creativity amongst employees in the organization.
Improve sales and marketing efficiency and effectiveness by creating, recommending and implementing processes that improve customer and business orientation(Customer response time, stock levels, demand predictability)
Set up channels of distribution and dealers to maximize reach and exploit available market potential;designing trade/secondary/ retail schemes, while maintaining productive business relations with dealers and direct sales associates to ensure their continued association with the company.
Regular Tracking of Performance of Key Customers, Archeitects, Contractors in co-ordination with team and make them engage through Regular Activies and Schemes.
Regular schemes and proper involvement of Architects, Contractors and Carpenters in our business by doing regular activities and time to time different schemes.
Project working and regular site tracking, regular analysis of Hot, Warm and Cold projects with the help of separate team.
